Know more about the Ps of Innovation

Innovation is considered as the core of any business or organization. It is the motivator behind a successful business. However, any business owner shall bear in mind the main components or elements of digital innovation that move everything upside down. These elements are called (Ps) as all of them start with the letter (P). Theses Ps can be mentioned as follow:

1- People

People or human resources are the asset of everything; not only innovation. It is important to know how to make the best use of such vital resource and how to get more out of them. However, it is also important to do all the best to improve such resource as people are the ones who do everything. That’s why, improving their skills will definitely impact the productivity and the sufficiency of the work.

2- Process

The next element that comes after improving the human resources (people) is process. People are the ones who move the work process cycle. They are the ones who do the work and achieve it.

3- Platform

The final element that comes after people and process is platform. By platform here, we mean the “outcome” that results from people who do the work. It means the management itself and the way of monitoring and managing work. For example, content management, document management, records management, etc.

To improve the work and gain the planned profit, any business owner shall know and work on evolving the three main Ps of innovation as mentioned previously.
